What is your refund policy?

DigitalGlobal seller offers 100% refund on digital products, however, we do not control the refund policy on 3rd party sellers or vendors, some may offer a refund, and other sellers may not. The buy should review the seller’s refund and other policies (if any) but if the buyer and seller cannot reach some sort of agreement, then the buyer (as a last resort) can file a dispute with their payment source. This also includes physical products. it is the sellers responsibility to provide or ship any goods that the buyer has paid for.
