We would encourage buyers to work out any issues with the seller. We are a 3rd party marketplace, and to be honest, we cant take a side on who is right or who is wrong, as a last resort, buyers can file a dispute with their payment source.
As a seller/vendor (digitalglobal) does offer a money back guarantee on the digital products we sell. We do not endorse other marketplace sellers as they will no doubt have their own refund policies in place.
