Is fruit juice bad to our health?

Many people say that fruit juice that are sold in the market are bad for our health because of its artificial flavors that are being added to make it delicious and attractive to consumers. It has a lot of sugar but lack with the real nutrition that our body needs.

This is often true. These additives are there to make them more desirable and also increase their shelf life. After all the addition and artificial sugars, there's little nutrients left for your body to absorb. It is better to try and make your own fruit juice. This way, you'll know what goes in and out and you can also use the best quality ingredients.

It is true, because it contains too much sugar and artificial flavor, and presevatives which are not good for our body. Instead of refilling or hydrating our body, it does the opposite because its sugar level could dehydrate us and this is the reason why sometimes we feel more thirsty when drinking fruit juice than when drinking water.

Yes that is why it is better to drink water than having this fruit juice because it can only cause problem to our health. We should stay away from sugar or any additives because it has no nutritional value at all.

Yes, the packed fruit juices available in market contain artificial flavors, preservative and added sugars which completely changes the composition of the natural fruit juice. So I always keep myself away from them. Luckily in India we get fresh fruit juices extracted just before they are served in many outlets who sell fruit juice. Consuming such juice from fresh fruits a-is always a better thing to do instead of going in for packed fruit juices!

Yes its very bad to our health because it affects our throats. In fact those fruit juices are full of chemicals and only little content is juice. If you must consume it, let it be I low amounts.

Most of them are not real fruit juice. They only have the name and some color then they add many things that people should not consume. That is why they say it is not healthy.
