Yes I really agree on that, if we really want to earn more and to succeed in our business then we should focus and give importance on customer service. Giving the best service to our clients is a vital tool to win their trust and confidence on us, otherwise our efforts would turn to nothing.

Good customers delivery is a must if we want to see our business grow.Of course no customers mean no business. So to grow our customers base and have repeated customers then our service delivery must be topnotch. A customer is always king and as such must be treated that way.

There are many doubts which needs to be answered by the support and that's why customer service is so important and the customer service should be helpful otherwise it won't help a business in any way.

Customer's service must be swift and responsive No customer query should be left unattended to or else a diehard customer might be missed.it good to treat customers with care if we need a success of any business.

I believe that a certain company should have a good customer service that can handled all the suggestions and complaints of the customers so as to feel that they are important and giving some utmost consideration.

If you are selling online, you need a good customer service. If you cannot deliver service timely, you will start losing customers. I am wkith namecheap hosting because I always get answer withinn 60 minutes, sometimes even in 10 minutes. I gave up Go daddy because it took 3 days to freceive an answer.

If we don't have any support which can answer our customer's complaints then it would pose a very bad reputation for our business. That's why its better to have a good support service system.

When I shop online, I don't buy from the store that are little known, I always buy from the big ecommerce markets like ebay and Amazon. The first thing to attract customers is building trust. The ecommerce site can build trust with the customers only through better service. You also have to offer unique products. If you are selling same thing that can be found on Amazon, why would people buy from you.

I have purchased from Ebay and earlier they were providing very good service but after few months there service become worse and support wasn't any helpful.

You need to build trust in order to generate sales. Building trust means the customers believe in your business and the products you are selling. This can be achieved by having good reviews and feedback. You get good reviews and feedback only when you have satisfied customers. You can satisfy your customers only when you offer products in competitive price and deliver quickly.

Customer service plays a major role in establishing a successful business. A customer having money would always try to visit a site or a seller where one feels comfortable. the customer will like to visit a seller who takes care of his/her ego or or pampers his/her ego by providing best possible customer services. By sincerely discharging our duties as a seller we can build the trust with the client and that would automatically increase the number of clients in the business!

That's why I like both amazon and flipkart as they provide very good service and will call you back as well, if you opt for it.
