Absolutely!
I placed an order on ETSY.com for a digital product.
Once I registered my email to grab my product….
My new customer account was immediately suspended!
I filled out an appeal….
ETSY wanted more vague and useless information…
- Why does it matter which city I am from?
- Why does it matter which state I am from?
- Why does it matter which browser I am using?
Are you a buyer or seller on ETSY? If so, why would you want to get treated in such a manner that would simply drive you away from their marketplace? Was your buyer account banned or suspended without cause? How about your seller account? Did you make a purchase from ETSY just to get ripped off? Is ETSY extorting more money from you because you are a seller on ETSY marketplace?

There was a time where you were ripped off from Buyers/Sellers or even both, and today, you have to worry about the very marketplace platform you choose to use, if not, then you end up getting ripped off from that very marketplace that you are using to sell digital products.
